Since the launch of the “Winning at the Frontline” May Day Team Symposium in April, Torch Electron’s Second Talent Festival has centered on the principles of respecting, caring for, developing, and motivating talent. Through a series of initiatives covering frontline growth, key employee development, new graduate training, and campus talent cultivation, the company continues to build a long-term mechanism that supports employees at every stage of their development. For every fresh graduate joining Torch Electron, the company has established a standardized three-part development system combining new employee training, departmental mentoring, and ongoing capability development, providing young employees with a clear and structured path for growth. Launched in July, the “Growing Together with Torch” Graduate Training Camp brought together young talents from a number of well-known universities. The program covered corporate culture integration, professional skills development, psychological adjustment, and capability enhancement, providing systematic training rather than leaving new employees to develop on their own. Following the training camp, participants moved into position-specific mentoring programs, with weekly task reviews and hands-on practice helping them strengthen their professional capabilities. HRBPs also followed their progress throughout the process through regular communication and discussion sessions, supporting their transition from campus life to the workplace. Torch Electron has long been committed to developing scientific and technological talent. Through policy support, project opportunities, and recognition programs, the company continues to create development pathways for young technical professionals. These efforts have delivered encouraging results. In 2025, four young employees were selected for the Fujian Province Young Science and Technology Talent Development Program, followed by another six employees in 2026. More recently, Lin Zhisheng, Vice General Manager of Torch Electron, received the ANTA Science and Technology Award. At the “Face-to-Face with Young Talent” symposium, the company provided a detailed introduction to its talent incentive programs and innovation support policies, while also sharing Chairman Cai Jinjun’s philosophy on talent development. Several senior executives engaged directly with young employees, encouraging them to make full use of the company’s platform, remain focused on their professional fields, tackle challenges through practical work, and achieve continuous breakthroughs through long-term dedication. From resource support and policy guarantees to recognition and encouragement, Torch Electron is committed to creating an environment where outstanding people can focus on becoming even better. While continuing to strengthen internal talent development, Torch Electron also remains open to attracting young talent from outside the company. On August 10, the 2026 Quanzhou University Students Summer Practice Camp visited Torch Electron. During the visit, participants gained first-hand insight into the company’s intelligent manufacturing capabilities and industrial development, and actively exchanged views on topics such as talent development and corporate culture. Many students also showed strong interest in the company’s “Alumni Navigation Program.” As one of the featured activities of the Talent Festival, the “Alumni Navigation Program” will provide Quanzhou students with opportunities including company visits, internships, and practical training, helping encourage more young people from Quanzhou to return home and build their careers locally. As Chairman Cai Jinjun said at the opening ceremony of Quanzhou Talent Week: “Quanzhou’s door is open, Torch Electron’s door is open, and we are always ready to welcome you.” The best corporate culture is one in which the company and its employees grow together and support each other’s success. The best approach to talent development is to give every dedicated employee the opportunity to contribute, grow, and shine. From employees already building their careers to university students preparing for the future, Torch Electron has always remained committed to creating an open environment, a well-established development system, and genuine support for talent. Looking ahead, we will continue to improve our talent development and incentive mechanisms, creating clearer paths for growth and ensuring that hard work is recognized and rewarded. With the strength of talent, Torch Electron will continue building the foundation for sustainable, long-term development.
