On March 27, Torch Group held its 2026 Human Resources Conference in Guangzhou, bringing together the Group HR team and representatives from 14 subsidiaries. The event marks the official launch of the Group's "Year of Human Resources," signaling a shift from HR as a support function to a strategic driver of high-quality development.

Centered on review, empowerment, and strategic planning, the conference revisited 2025 achievements and aligned HR priorities across subsidiaries, forming a differentiated, business-oriented talent development approach.

The meeting also highlighted the role of digital transformation, with insights from Kingdee experts and internal case sharing on AI-enabled HR practices.
Looking ahead, Torch Group will focus on three key priorities: building an HR data foundation, strengthening the talent supply chain, and enhancing performance and incentive systems—empowering HR teams to become true strategic partners in driving sustainable growth.
