RP Series High Power Thick Film Chip Resistors（ 1206–2525, 1Ω–6.2kΩ )

  RC Series Thick Film Chip Resistors are manufactured using thick-film technology and are available in a wide range of case sizes, including RC0402, RC0603, RC1005, RC1608, RC2012, RC3216, RC3225, RC5025, and RC6332.   The series offers power ratings from 1/32 W to 1 W at 70°C, with a resistance range from 1 Ω to 10 MΩ. Various resistance tolerances are available, including ±0.1%, ±0.25%, ±0.5%, ±1%, ±2%, and ±5%, depending on the model and resistance range. Multiple TCR options are also provided to meet different circuit requirements. Bulk and tape-and-reel packaging options are available.                

RC Series Thick Film Jumper Chip Resistors are designed for jumper connections in surface-mount circuits. The series is available in multiple case sizes, from RC0402 (01005) to RC6332 (2512), with power ratings ranging from 1/32 W to 1 W at 70°C.   The maximum resistance is 50 mΩ, while the maximum current ranges from 0.5 A to 4 A depending on the case size. The series features Sn termination and is available in both bulk and tape-and-reel packaging.

RW Series Anti-Sulfurated Thick Film Chip Resistors feature a high-performance anti-sulfurated inner electrode and are available in sizes from RW1005 (0402) to RW6332 (2512).   The series offers resistance values from 1 Ω to 10 MΩ and power ratings from 1/16 W to 1 W at 70°C. Maximum working voltages range from 50 V to 250 V. The TCR is ±200 ppm/°C for resistance values from 1 Ω to below 10 Ω, and ±100 ppm/°C for resistance values from 10 Ω to 10 MΩ. Available resistance tolerances include ±1%, ±2%, and ±5%, with both bulk and tape-and-reel packaging options.

RW Series Anti-Sulfurated Thick Film Jumper Chip Resistors feature a high-performance anti-sulfurated inner electrode and are available in sizes from RW1005 (0402) to RW6332 (2512).   The series offers power ratings from 1/16 W to 1 W at 70°C, with maximum current ratings ranging from 1 A to 4 A depending on the size. The maximum resistance is 50 mΩ. Sn termination is specified, with both bulk and tape-and-reel packaging options available.

RC Series Double Power Thick Film Chip Resistors are available in sizes from RC1005 (0402) to RC6332 (2512), with power ratings ranging from 1/8 W to 2 W at 70°C.   The series offers resistance values from 1 Ω to 10 MΩ and maximum working voltages from 50 V to 250 V. For resistance values from 1 Ω to below 10 Ω, TCR options include ±200 ppm/°C and -200 to +500 ppm/°C. For resistance values from 10 Ω to 10 MΩ, TCR options include ±100 ppm/°C and ±300 ppm/°C. Resistance tolerances of ±1% and ±5% are available, with both bulk and tape-and-reel packaging options.

Power ratings range from 0.0625 W to 2 W at 70°C.   The series covers resistance values from 1 Ω to 1 MΩ, with maximum working voltages ranging from 50 V to 250 V. TCR is ±200 ppm/°C for resistance values from 1 Ω to below 10 Ω and ±100 ppm/°C for resistance values from 10 Ω to 1 MΩ. Available resistance tolerances include ±5%, ±10%, and ±20%. Bulk and tape-and-reel packaging options are available.

RCL Series Strip Low Ohmic Thick Film Chip Resistors are available in sizes from 0603 to 2512, with power ratings ranging from 1/10 W to 1 W at 70°C.   The series covers resistance values from 10 mΩ to 910 mΩ, depending on the size, with limiting element currents ranging from 1.41 A to 10 A. Maximum overload current ranges from 3.52 A to 25 A. Resistance tolerances of ±1%, ±2%, and ±5% are available for resistance values of 100 mΩ and above, while values below 100 mΩ are available with ±5% tolerance. Both bulk and tape-and-reel packaging options are available.
